The concierge (Jim) was an absolute pleasure, bending over backwards to make our stay one of the most enjoyable and memorable experiences of our time in hotels and motels in Townsville. The room was beautifully furnished with all the appropriate mod-cons one would expect from a hotel of this calibre. The pool and it's surroundings were beautifully maintained and I definitely took advantage of their facilities. The best omelette I've had in some time. I couldn't rate this place enough if you are looking for a five-star experience without completely blowing a massive wad of cash.

The rooms were tidy and very clean. Beds felt like sleeping on a cloud. Our time at Rydges was perfect. We cant recommend them enough!!

Laundry Area needs updated because both washing machine don’t work when we are there. Also there’s not enough parking spot for the hotel guests .
